Dear Friends;

“Success is a choice.”

Thanks for choosing our website! While you are here, let me tell you a little about us.  First, our school’s strength is not found in its bricks and mortar.  It is found in its values. These values:

Faith,

Growth, and

Unity

 We give our students faith.  We help them believe in God and in themselves.  Something is impossible only until it is accomplished.  With our help, there is nothing our students cannot accomplish.  Henry Ford once said, If you think you can’t, you are right.  If you think you can, you are just as right.”    Mr. Ford was right!  Power believed is power achieved.  We help our students believe in their power.  Success is like soup.  It comes in cans.  We help our students believe they can.  Our job is not to put greatness into our students.  It is to uncover the greatness that is already there.

We have faith in our students.  We give faith to our students.

           Next comes growth.  Every aspect of our scholastic, social, and spiritual identity begins with excellence and ends with more.  On our worst days we are good.  On our best days we are great; and on every other day, we keep getting better.”  Our mission is not to compete with other schools.  It is to compete with the vision of excellence that we see for ourselves.  Our job is not to clear the bar that the world sets for us.  It is to continually raise the bar that we set for ourselves.  The best of our yesterdays will be the worst of our tomorrows. We will take our students from where they are to a better place. The pride we take is in the difference we make.

           Last comes unity.  We are not a school.  We are a home. We are a family. family.  We know how to spell the word TEAM.  We also know how what the word TEAM spells.  It spells Together Everyone Achieves More.

           Our teachers find their success in the success of their students or they find no success at all.  Our students accept each other, respect each other and protect each other.  As graduates and alumni, our students become part of our fiber, fabric, and family forever.

          A school cannot be Number One until it is one.  Archbishop Williams High School will be both.

           So far so good? Call us to hear more; because (remember?)

"we just keep getting better!"

Sincerely,

Carmen Mariano, Ed.D., President
